Returns Policy
We do only accept returns if the received goods are damaged or defective.
We do not offer returns/Exchanges due to incorrect ring sizes ordered as each ring is made as per the ordered size only
Shipping
We are very well appreciated and satisfied with our practices for fast dispatch of all orders. Once we have received your paid and confirmed order we ship them within 2-3 business days depending on the product and its availability. We ship orders Monday through Saturday, except on holidays. However, at times when we are hosting sales or the holiday season are going on or other busier times it might take an additional day or two in dispatching the orders.
Once an order is dispatched by us we will notify you of the dispatch through email given by you when the order was placed.
We ship orders through Regular shipping, Standard shipping and Express Shipping (as per your choice at the time of checkout) all of which offer a tracking number. We usually ship the goods through EMS, UPS, FedEx. We determine the shipping carrier once we know the country. We also see to it that the carrier is fast, secure and does not involve clearance or excess taxes and duties for the buyer.
The delivery time through Express shipping (UPS and FedEx) is 3-5 business days and costs $35. The delivery time through Standard shipping is 8-12 business days and costs $18 and the delivery time through Regular shipping is 15-18 business days and costs $10. Please note that the shipping charges include shipping, Indian custom clearance charges, packaging and agent charges.
Custom charges or any taxes applicable in the buyer’s country are the sole responsibility of the buyer and to be paid by the buyer only. If any shipments are returned back due to any reasons than the re-shipping charges are to be paid for by the buyer only. No refunds will be made for any return shipments.
