Ans. Ordering is very easy from us. You just select the product you like, choose the plating type, add the required quantity and just add it to you cart. Once done just proceed to checkout and finish placing the order by paying for your purchase.

Ans. Once we have received your paid and confirmed order we ship them within 2-3 business days depending on the product and its availability. We ship orders Monday through Saturday, except on holidays. However, at times when we are hosting sales or the holiday seasons are going on or other busier times it might take an additional day or two in dispatching the orders. Ans. Please note that the shipping charges include shipping, Indian custom clearance charges, packaging and agent charges. Ans. Yes, we will provide you with the tracking number for your order once it is dispatched through email. We will also upload the tracking details to your order history which you can check any time on you’re Track your order Page.

This account helps not only us but the buyer as well as they can check their order status, their order history, tracking details etc. Not only this, if you need to reorder any particular product then you can do so directly from your order history just by entering the required quantity and submitting your order.
